Xiamen Airlines Company or simply Xiamen Airlines is the first privately owned airline company in People's Republic of China. This company was established in the year July 24th, 1984. The company is based in Xiamne Gaoqi International Airport. The rights of Xiamen Airlines Company are jointly shared by China Southern Airlines, who have 60% share and Xiamen Construction and Development Group who have a total of 40% share.
